UPS Standard Shipping normally takes 3–5 business days for delivery within the United States.

Next Day Shipping is available on all U.S. domestic orders for an additional charge. Orders must be placed before the carrier cutoff time to qualify for next day delivery.

International shipping times vary depending on the product, shipping method, and destination country. Estimated delivery times for international orders will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be pre-approved before being sent back.

To request a return authorization, please email sales@catrucks.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions once the return is approved.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Returns sent without approval may be refused.
• All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed according to our return policy.

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s) at our warehouse.
